Undergraduate in Pharmacy at the University of São Paulo (FCFRP-USP). Technician in Biotechnology from the Federal Institute of Rio de Janeiro (IFRJ). Currently, a Scientific Initiation student at the Laboratory of Microbial Pathogenicity and Innate Immunity of the Ribeirão Preto Medical School (FMRP-USP) and a FAPESP fellow in the project "Mechanisms and consequences of cytoplasmic receptor activation by intracellular pathogens," focusing on the intracellular localization of Gasdermin pores in macrophages infected by Leishmania amazonensis.Additionally, he has been a fellow in the projects "Construction of bone marrow-derived macrophages genetically depleted for the Ninj-1 or Ninj-2 genes using the CRISPR/Cas9 system" and "Identification of autophagy-related components involved in the inhibition of NLRP3 inflammasome activation." He also participated in the research project "Preparation of Trypanosoma brucei procyclic and bloodstream tRNAs for digestion and nucleotide analysis by mass spectrometry" at the Institute of Medical Biochemistry of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (IBqM-UFRJ) as a Junior Scientific Initiation student.Previously, he served as Scientific Director of the Basic and Applied Immunology League (LAIBA) at FCFRP and Field Director of the Migrar Project.
