PhD in Animal Biology from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), with a Master's in Animal Biology and a Bachelor's in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS). Currently, I am a postdoctoral researcher at the São Paulo State University (UNESP). I serve as a board member of the Brazilian Bat Research Society - SBEQ (terms 2019-2021, 2021-2023, and 2023-present). My research interests lie in the fields of Zoology, Ecology, and Taxonomy, particularly focusing on host-parasite ecological relationships. I am currently involved in research projects that assess the spatial and temporal dynamics of interaction networks between bats and their parasites, exploring the influence of biotic and abiotic variables on this relationship. My studies have primarily been conducted in the Caatinga and Atlantic Forest domains, encompassing both surface and underground environments. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
