Has advanced training in Lean Manufacturing, WCM (Word Class Manufacturing) with an emphasis on TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), MASP (Method of Analysis and Problem Solving), Inventory Management, JIT - JUST IN TIME / MRP / DFMA / PPAP in Production, PCP / MRP Production planning and control and NR's Interpretation of Regulatory Standards for Safety, Logistics Operations / Supply Chain, OEE / IROG / TEEP Metrics for Efficiency and Overall Yield. Has a theoretical-experimental course in Polymers for the oil and gas sector (additives). He has experience in materials engineering, specializing in polymer processing, as well as participation in work with traditional ceramic materials and biomaterials. He worked at Alpargatas S.A. where he acquired solid experience in the formulation and processing of rubber.
