Maria Vitória Cavalheiro Berlofa

Currently a master's student in Biotechnology at the University of Mogi das Cruzes (UMC), I conduct research focused on the detection of lactic acid bacteria and beer contaminants through DNA amplification reactions. I hold a degree in Biological Sciences from UMC, where I studied the effects of delta-9-THC and CBD on anxiety disorders.I am a TT-III scholarship holder in a FAPESP PIPE project, with solid experience in microbiology and molecular biology. My activities include microorganism cultivation, DNA extraction, and optimization of gene amplification protocols. I have publications in scientific journals and active participation in conferences and academic events, covering topics such as biotechnology, microbiology, and bioinformatics.
