Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Instituto de Geociências (IGC)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

I hold a Bachelors degree in Geology from the Federal University of Espírito Santo (2016) with a study abroad term (2013-14) at the University of Western Australia; a Masters degree in Crustal Evolution from the Federal University of Paraná (2018); and a Ph.D. from the Graduate Program in Geology at the University of Brasília (2022), which included a research period (2021) at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (Munich, Germany) funded by a DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) scholarship. I co-initiated the Geologar outreach project at the University of Brasília, aimed at disseminating geosciences to the public outside academia. I am a member of the European Geosciences Union (EGU) Review Committee. Currently, I am a Postdoctoral Researcher on the project "Effects of Fluids on Accretion and Exhumation of Young Oceanic Lithosphere at Slow-Spreading Mid-Ocean Ridges" at the Geosciences Institute, University of São Paulo, funded by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP - grant number 2023/13238-7). My research interests include deformation localization mechanisms, fluid-rock interaction, rock mechanics, lithosphere rheology, shear zones, and programming applied to geological problems.
