Post Graduation course in Electrical Engineering (Communications) with the whole workload (CH) concluded, at the University of Campinas (Unicamp), Brazil, during 1982-1983, with scholarship from CAPES complemented by CPqD Telebras ( course registration was locked without thesis defense). Market experience in Production Engineering with emphasis in product creation and development. Particularly in the creation and management of several products of Information Technology (IT) and Telecommunications, offered to the market in services format under the name ICT solutions (IT + Telecom).
