Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute of Advanced Studies of the University of São Paulo (IEA-USP). I am affiliated with the Thematic Project Implementation Study of Curricular Innovations, Pedagogical Strategies, and Emerging Technologies for Quality-Equity in Basic Education." I am a member of Line 5 within the Alfredo Bosi Chair. I hold a Ph.D. in Education from the School of Education at the University of São Paulo (FE-USP), a Master's degree in Science Teaching from the Inter-unit Graduate Program in Science Teaching (PIEC-USP), an MBA in School Management (ESALQ-USP), and a specialization in Planning, Implementation, and Management of Distance Education from the Federal Fluminense University (UFF). My research focuses on teachers' initial and continuing education through information and communication technologies (ICT and TDE) and social network analysis (SNA). I employ qualitative and quantitative approaches (mixed methods) and various software tools to support data analysis, including NVivo, MAXQDA, ATLAS.ti, IRaMuTeQ, and VOSviewer are among others. I serve as a peer reviewer for academic works in various research forums: national and international conferences, scientific journals, academic books, and qualification and defense committees.
