Chemical Engineer (2016) and Bachelor in Science and Technology (2013) from the Federal University of Alfenas (UNIFAL-MG), with a sandwich program at the University of Bologna, Italy (2013-2014), where she also completed a four-month professional internship at the National Research Council of Italy (CNR). She holds a Masters degree in Science and Materials Engineering (2017) from UNIFAL-MG, a Specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering (2020) from the Federal University of São João del-Rei (UFSJ), and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor at the School of Agronomic Sciences at São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP), Botucatu campus. She has solid experience in the field of polymeric materials, with an emphasis on biomaterials, material characterization, controlled drug delivery systems, electrospinning, and polymeric nanostructures.
