Guilherme Dal Bianco

Guilherme Dal Bianco is an Adjunt Professor at the Federal University of Fronteira Sul (UFFS), where he undertakes research and teaching activities. He completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2014) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande (2007). He recently completed his Postdoctoral research at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2024). He was Coordinator of the Computer Science program from 2021 to 2023. His research focuses on the areas of Databases, Information Retrieval, and AI applications in healthcare. Additionally, he is a research member of the National Institute of Science and Technology (INCT) for Responsible Artificial Intelligence in Computational Linguistics and Information Treatment and Dissemination - INCT-TILD-IAR.
