He holds a master's degree in Petroleum Science and Engineering from the School of Mechanical Engineering at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP) and a bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering from the School of Engineering at the Federal University of Grande Dourados (UFGD). He has experience working with computer simulations (OpenFOAM and DWSIM). Areas of expertise: Energy management; Thermodynamic systems; Transport phenomena. He has worked as an undergraduate student on two topics: 1. Study of the Magnus Effect in an elliptical geometry (2019-2020, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Fernando A. A. Mendes); 2. Cooling systems operating with mixed natural fluids (2020-2021, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Robson L. da Silva). Dr. Robson L. da Silva, with a CNPq grant chosen as Best Scientific Initiation Work 2020-2021), part of the ECo - Energy Conversion for Thermo-Fluid-Mechanics, Biomass, and Renewables research group. Master's degree in the area of flow of polymeric solutions (non-Newtonian) in pipes and pumps. Currently a PhD student at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), postgraduate program in Petroleum Sciences and Engineering at the School of Mechanical Engineering (FEM) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Marcelo Souza de Castro, in the area of emulsion flow in pipes and centrifugal pumps.
