Mônica Angélica Varella Petti

Graduated in Biological Sciences from the University of São Paulo (1981), Masters in Oceanography (Biological Oceanography) from the University of São Paulo (1990) and Ph.D. in Oceanography (Biological Oceanography) from the University of São Paulo (1997). Is biologist of the Oceanographic Institute of the University of São Paulo. Has experience in Oceanography, focusing on interaction between marine organisms and environmental parameters, acting on the following subjects: Polychaeta, Antarctica, northern coast of São Paulo state and coastal waters. Today is also curator of "Biological Collection Prof. Edmundo Ferraz Nonato" of the Oceanographic Institute of the University of São Paulo. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
