Ph.D. in Engineering (Interdisciplinary Intelligent Systems Engineering) from the University of the Ryukyus, Okinawa, Japan (2018); Master in Urban and Territorial Analysis and Planning from the Università Degli Studi di Firenze, Firenze, Italy (2013); Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Herat University (2010), Herat, Afghanistan. He served as a permanent professor at the University of Herat, Afghanistan (2014 to 2019). He was a visiting professor at the Graduate Program in Urban and Regional Planning at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS)-CAPES/PRINT and a Visiting Researcher supported by FAPESP at FAU-USP. He has experience in the areas of Project Management, Historical and Cultural Heritage Conservation, Urban Transformation, Traffic and Transport Analysis, and Urban and Territorial Planning. Skills in using Microsoft Project management software, Primavera P6; and analysis and design SPSS, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS; programming languages of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript..
