PhD in Sociology (IESP-UERJ) with a scholarship from Faperj through the "Doutorado Nota 10" program. Earned a Masters degree (PPGD-UFRJ) and a Bachelors degree (FGV Direito Rio) in Law. Formerly, visiting professor at the Rio de Janeiro State School of Magistrates (EMERJ), editorial assistant of the Journal of Empirical Legal Studies (REED), and academic assistant at FGV Direito Rio, administering reading and academic writing workshops, coordinated university extension projects ("field projects"), and tutored students in research methodology for undergraduate theses. Researches primarily on the political sociology of law, with an emphasis on the formation and career paths of legal elites, institutional legal practices, and the relationship between politics and law.
