Leandro Francisco Do Carmo

Graduated in Bachelor of Biological Sciences from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1994) and Degree from the Methodist University of Piracicaba (2010), master's and doctorate in Microbiology from the University of São Paulo and Post Doctorate in Non-timber Forest Resources ESALQ / Universidade from Sao Paulo. He has experience in the area of Microbiology, with emphasis on fermentation processes and bioindicators. It also operates in the area of Food, Food Safety. He works with native fruits and agroforestry and extractive systems, using elements of ecology such as population dynamics, landscape ecology and ethnobotany. Applying the principles of food processing and technology. It operates in education at different levels (Elementary, Middle, Technical and Higher Education). He is currently a professor at UNIMEP, in the Pharmacy, Nursing and Nutrition courses, in addition to working with Semi Presencial Education at USP/UNIVESP, he worked as an educator with the biological and didactic disciplines of the Graduation Course of Degree in Sciences. He was a professor at the Federal Institute of Education Science and Technology Campus São Paulo.
