Fernanda Tibolla Viero

Graduated in Biomedicine (2017). Master in Pharmacology from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM, 2017), with emphasis on Alzheimer's disease, bradykinin and the kinin B2 receptor. PhD in Biological Sciences - Pharmacology from UFSM, at the Laboratory of Pain Pharmacology (FARMACODOR), with an exchange period at the Pain Research Lab of the University of Florence, Italy (2023). She is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Neuroscience Laboratory of the Chemistry Institute of the University of São Paulo (USP), under the supervision of Prof. Alexander Henning Ulrich. She has experience in Neuroscience and Pharmacology, with a focus on neural progenitor cells, animal behavior, neurodevelopment, pain, Alzheimer's disease and autism. She is deputy coordinator of clinical research at the Cruzaltense Institute of Cardiology (ICCA-RS).She also works in conducting systematic reviews and meta-analyses of observational studies and randomized clinical trials.
