Hello. I am Carlos Eduardo, a tenured professor at the São Paulo Federal Institute (IFSP), Matão campus. I have a Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos. My career includes nearly five years of industrial experience in process and instrumentation projects, focusing on the oil and gas industry and water treatment.Currently, I am involved in applied research projects in separation processes, industrial crystallization, water treatment, and food analysis. I am leading two industrial projects of significant relevance: one focused on protein analysis in dietary supplements using EDX and another aimed at developing an automated system for real-time monitoring and control of water quality. Additionally, I co-supervise a doctoral project in collaboration with the industry focused on improving the seeding process in sugar production. With scientific publications and experience gained through projects funded by programs such as IFSP, CNPq, FAPESP, SEBRAE, and Embrapii, I always strive to bridge academia and industry to generate innovative and sustainable solutions. I am open to new collaborations and knowledge exchanges with other researchers and professionals in the field. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
