Tatiane Graziele Zambiassi

Biologist, with a bachelor's and teaching degree from UFPR, currently a master's student in agronomy - crop production (PGAPV) at the same university, with the project "Hop Latent Viroid (HLVd): From Detection to Agronomic Performance Evaluation in Different Hop Cultivars." I was involved in the Laboratory of Plant Anatomy and Biomechanics (LABV), where I participated in an academic volunteer project (PVA) and a Scientific Initiation (PIBIC), studying the functional morphology and biomechanics of the petiole and leaf blade of widely distributed species. I also took part in a PIBIC project on the micropropagation of Araucaria angustifolia (Bertol.) Kuntze at the Laboratory of Plant Micropropagation (LMV) and a third project at the Laboratory of Molecular Epidemiology (LAEM). I am currently involved in the project "Molecular Characterization of Antagonistic Endophytic Fungi and Bacteria Isolated from Fruit Species Flowers." In the field of education, I participated in the teaching initiation programs (PIBID) in biology and the extension program "Licenciar" at UFPR, as well as an internship at the Academy of Forensic Sciences (ACF) of the Paraná Scientific Police as a pedagogical advisor. In private institutions, I interned at the company Forrest Brasil, working on the project to combat natural vectors such as Aedes aegypti. I also interned at the French company UV Boosting, working as a technical assistant in research on characterizing and improving protocols for stimulating plant natural defenses using UV-C technology. I participated in UFPR's International Academic Mobility program, completing an academic exchange in the environmental management and engineering program at Grand École AgroParis Tech, part of Université Paris-Saclay.
