Camila Aleixo de Campos Avarca

Psychologist, PhD and MSc in Social Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUCSP), specialist in Health Services Management from the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP) and with training from the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (FIOCRUZ) in the Impacts of Violence on Health. She has experience in the area of Collective Health with an emphasis on mental health, care for people who use drugs, expanded clinical practice, autonomy and the construction/strengthening of health care networks (RAS). She is a invited teacher at the Department of Preventive Medicine (UNIFESP) and a researcher at Cartografia Atenção Especializada (UNIFESP). She was awarded funding from PUC-SP and carried out an academic exchange during her doctorate with the Gestión Colaborativa de la Medicación (GCE) project in Catalonia (Spain) and with Mental Health and Harm Reduction institutions in Barcelona (Spain), Gaia, Porto and Lisbon (Portugal) in 2020.
