Bachelor in Information and Documentation Sciences from the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo (FFCLRP/USP). He worked in developing virtual learning environments at the Institute of Teaching and Research in Administration (INEPAD) and in the Diagnosis and Formulation of Strategic Lines for the Central Library of USP in Ribeirão Preto (BCRP). Ph.D. in Sciences from the Postgraduate Program in Public Health at the Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo (FMRP/USP), with a project in Biomedical Informatics. Participated as a voluntary to the COVID-19 Brasil Portal. He works mainly in the following areas: Interoperability of Health Information Systems, Semantic Web, Biomedical Ontologies and Digital Health. Researcher linked to the Health Intelligence Laboratory (LIS) at FMRP/USP. He collaborated on the National Network of Rare Diseases project. Works on the project Promoting Comprehensive Care for People with Rare Diseases: Strengthening the Care, Registration and Awareness Network at Clinics Hospital of Ribeirão Preto - Implementing a Knowledge Management Model to Support Health Education and Awareness Processes in the Context of Rare Diseases.
