Alana Peniche Kondo

Agricultural Engineer graduated from São Paulo State University FCAVR, Registro Campus (2018-2023). Currently a FAPESP TT-3 Fellow at the campus Ecotoxicology Laboratory, contributing to research on the impact of toxic agents in agricultural environments.Has experience in academic research and extension, having participated in the GEBAN (Study and Research Group on Banana Cultivation: Fertilization, Nutrition, and Soils) and GEMFLOR (Study Group on Forest Management and Agroecology), focusing on plant nutrition, forest management, and agroecology.Professionally, worked for five months as Communications Advisor at ECAP Jr. (Junior Agricultural Consulting Company), gaining experience in communication and project management in the agribusiness sector. Additionally, completed internships at Iniciativa Verde, contributing to the FEHIDRO project, and at the Municipality of Registro, in the Department of Agrarian Development and Environmental Management, with an emphasis on sustainability projects and environmental and agricultural management.Author of the following research projects:"Germination response and seedling production of Brazilian peppertree (Schinus terebinthifolius) in relation to biostimulants" (Undergraduate Thesis)."Bioinnovation and social technologies applied to crops of the Atlantic Forest"."Seedling Nursery: Teaching, Research, and Extension at Registro Campus".Holds certifications in English, German, Spanish, and French, including demonstrated Spanish proficiency, as well as a monitoring and project management certification from Centro Paula Souza/USP (2015-2017), highlighting leadership skills and academic commitment.
