Prof. Elias David Morales Martinez is Associate Professor at the Federal University of ABC - UFABC. Professor of the Under graduate Program in International Relations PRI/UFABC and Post Graduate Program in International Relations PPRI/UFABC. Also, is Professor of the Post Graduate Program in Human and Social Sciences PCHS/UFABC. Professor Elias David was a Postdoctoral fellowship at King's College - War Studies Center - Science and Security Studies, London, PDE CNPq scholarship holder (2021-2022). His studies were: PhD in Latin American Integration (Political Practices and International Relations) from the University of São Paulo - PROLAM/USP (2008) CAPES scholarship holder; Master in International Relations from the University of Brasilia - UnB (2005) Scholarship holder Program Students Agreement PEC-PG Brazil-Colombia; Political Scientist from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia (2001), and Graduated in Modern Languages - Universidad Distrital Francisco Jose de Caldas, Bogotá (1997). Professor David Has experience in teaching areas of International Security; Non-Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction; Global Environment Regimes and International Relations; Theory of International Relations; International relations in Latin America. He was vice-coordinator of the International Relations course at UEPB (2010-2012), and vice-coordinator of the Pos graduate Program in International Relations at UFABC (2018-2021). He has developed researches about Human and Social Sciences with CAPES/CNPq/MCTI support. He has experience as a short researcher period at: Columbia University - Saltzman Institute of War and Peace Studies -SIPA, New York (2019); Carnegie Endowment for International Peace - Washington (2019); Chatham House - Royal Institute for International Affairs, London (2015); Organization for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in Latin America and the Caribbean - OPANAL, Mexico (2008). He attended at COP 27 Sharm El Sheik representing Banlastic Egypt and UFABC researching about the new International Environment Regime about Prohibition of Single Use of Plastic. He is member of the Brazilian Defense Studies Association - ABED. He is a member of the King's Observatory of Democracy in Latin America - Brazil Institute - King's College London - KODLA.
