Maria Helena Rocha Fonseca

Bachelor of Environmental Sciences from the Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC) (2018-2022). Volunteered at the Instituto Verdeluz in the Solid Waste Studies and Articulations Group (2018-2019). Was a Teaching Initiation Scholarship Holder in the Climatology and Global Changes discipline (2019). Was a Scientific Initiation Scholarship Holder by the Fundação Cearense de Meteorologia e Recursos Hídricos (FUNCEME) (2020). Conducted research on Satellite Precipitation Estimation at the Earth Observation Labomar Laboratory (EOLLAB - UFC). Worked as an Environmental Educator at the Secretaria de Urbanismo e Meio Ambiente (SEUMA) of the city government of Fortaleza, Ceará, through the Plano de Educação Ambiental e Sanitária (PEAS). Currently, she is a master's student in the graduate program in Ecology at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP) and a postgraduate student in Sustainability and ESG at the Instituto de Ensino Superior Latino-Americano (IESLA).
