I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Chemistry at the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences, and Letters of Ribeirão Preto (FFCLRP) at the University of São Paulo (USP), funded by a TTV fellowship from FAPESP. My academic background includes a bachelor's degree in Physical and Biomolecular Sciences from USP (2012-2016), followed by a master's degree in Biotechnology from São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP), where I conducted research focused on molecular recognition and the dynamics of lectin-peroxidase complexes (2017-2019). Subsequently, I completed a Ph.D. in Biotechnology at UNESP, with a dissertation entitled "Genetic algorithms applied to the rational thermodynamic design of mimetic antibodies based on the GB1 domain of streptococcal protein G" (2019-2024). In this work, I introduced novel computational approaches for designing mimetic antibodies, utilizing molecular simulations and genetic algorithms to develop innovative methods applied to biotechnology.
