Daphne is a PhD candidate in Business Economics at Insper, holds a specialization in Urban Economics and Public Management from the Pontifical Catholic University, and a bachelors degree in Economics from FEA-RP/USP. During her undergraduate studies, she spent a semester at Kyung Hee University (Seoul, South Korea) with support from the USP Academic Merit Scholarship, and during her PhD she was a visiting scholar at the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, UnitesdStates) through the CAPES Institutional Program for Sandwich Doctorates Abroad.She is currently a FAPESP fellow and conducts research in the fields of Strategy, Public Administration, Urban Economics, Institutional Environment, and Societal Grand Challenges.
