Currently, I'm conducting research in immuno-oncology as a postdoc at the Albert Einstein Israelite Institute of Education and Research at the Albert Einstein Israelite Hospital in São Paulo. PhD from the Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto with a sandwich period in the Center for Proteome Research at the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom. During my doctorate - concentration area in Structural Biochemistry and Molecular Biology - I developed research aimed at understanding the host-parasite relationship in schistosomiasis, using label-free quantitative proteomics approaches based on mass spectrometry to analyze the serum proteome of permissive and non-permissive hosts against Schistosoma mansoni infection. I have a degree in Biomedicine from Faculdade Presidente Antônio Carlos de Ipatinga and a Master's degree in Biotechnology with a concentration in Genomics and Proteomics from the Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto.
