Currently a 4th-year Medical Student at Santa Casa de São Paulo School of Medical Sciences (FCMSCSP) in São Paulo, Brazil.Works on research in the medical field, focusing on advancing cellular therapy and biomaterials. The research journey began with a PIBIC-CNPq scholarship, during which the Air-Jet microfluidics system was standardized for encapsulating MDSC cells in alginate microgels from September 2022 to September 2023.In January 2024, participated in a research exchange program at the Universitetet i Stavanger, Norway, as a Visiting Student Researcher. There, further expanded expertise in biomaterials, especially Alginate, which was used in a project aimed to develop an in-house bioink for 3D-Bioprinting.Research efforts have been recognized with awards, including third place at the 39th Conference on Biomedical Engineering of the Southern United States of America and first place at the 40th Academic Medical Congress of Santa Casa de São Paulo, both for the project titled "Redefining Cell Therapy: developing a cost-effective microencapsulation technique for global impact."Additionally, co-founded and was president of InovaSanta, an innovation hub at FCM Santa Casa SP, whose objective was to empower healthcare professionals with skills in innovation, management, entrepreneurship, leadership, and research. Lastly, was the chief-organizer of the Santa Casa Health Innovation Congress (CISSC), the first of its kind in Brazil. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
