James Siqueira Pereira

Graduated in Bachelor of Biological Sciences at the Federal Rural University of the Amazon - UFRA (2013-2017). Master in Biotechnology from the Federal Rural University of the Amazon - UFRA (2019-2021). During graduation he was a PIBIC scholarship holder (UFRA) for two years, working in the area of Molecular Modeling of Proteins (2014-2015; 2016-2017). He also participated in the Voluntary Monitoring Program at UFRA, where he was a monitor of Molecular Genetics and Microbiology (2015-2017). At graduation, he was considered the best student and considered the Outstanding Student award (2017). In the master's degree, he awarded the hour award to the merit for the greatest academic production of the PPGBAA. He has experience in the field of Genetics, with emphasis on Bioinformatics, mainly in the following subjects: Computational Modeling of Proteins, Comparative and Subtractive Genomics and Reverse Vaccinology.Former associate member of the Brazilian Association of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology - AB3C (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
