Graduated in Nutrition from the Federal University of Triângulo Mineiro (UFTM) (2010), specialized in Pediatric Nutrition at the Faculty of Medical Sciences, State University of Campinas (FCM/UNICAMP) (2012). Obtained a Masters degree in Healthcare from the Federal University of Triângulo Mineiro (UFTM) (2014) and a Ph.D. in Child and Adolescent Health from the Ribeirão Preto Medical School, University of São Paulo (FMRP/USP) (2019). He is currently a Professor in the Department of Health Sciences at FMRP/USP, in the Nutrition and Metabolism Division. He is Coordinator of the Maternal and Child Nutrition Study Group (GENuMIn) at FMRP/USP, Area Coordinator of the Specialization Program in Hospital Nutrition at HCRP/USP and Vice-Coordinator of the Specialization Program in Pediatric Clinical Nutrition at FMRP/USP. He works as a Master's and Doctoral Advisor in the Postgraduate Program in Nutrition and Metabolism (PPGNM) at FMRP/USP, Advisor of the Academic League of Maternal and Child Nutrition (LANMI) at FMRP/USP and Preceptor of the Multiprofessional Residency in Cancer Care at FMRP/USP. He has experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Maternal and Child Nutrition, with an emphasis on Nutrition in Pediatrics, working mainly on the following topics: Breastfeeding; Childhood Obesity; Food Selectivity; Nutritional Assessment in Pediatrics and Nutritional Therapy in Pediatrics.
