Undergraduate student in Biological Sciences at the Institute of Biosciences, University of São Paulo (IB-USP), with experience in molecular biology and gene expression regulation. Participated in the Cajuí study group (IB-USP), coordinated by Prof. Paulo Sano, working on knowledge co-production, biodiversity, and sustainability. Also took part in the COST extension group (IB-USP), responsible for organizing the Biology Thematic Week, and is currently a member of the Academic League of Regulatory Affairs at the USP School of Pharmacy. Since 2022, has been conducting researches at the Eukaryotic Gene Expression Laboratory, under the supervision of Dr. Murilo Sena Amaral, focusing on the molecular biology of the bloodfluke parasite Schistosoma mansoni. Her projects include investigating the use of snake venoms as pharmacological therapeutic sources and gene expression modulation under several conditions. Additionally, she collaborates on projects related to vaccine development and the study of drug resistance mechanisms.Recognized for academic excellence, she was awarded for three consecutive years at the PIBIC Student Meeting of the Butantan Institute for outstanding research.
