Through the IC scholarship granted by FAPESP, he is conducting research in the area of #8203;#8203;Japanese historical linguistics, focusing on the case particles GA and NO of the spoken Japanese language of the 16th century (Azuchi-Momoyama Period according to Japanese historiography), materialized in the work Esopono fabvlas, produced by the Society of Jesus in 1593.
