Gabriel Felipe Mendes de Brito e González is an undergraduate student in Science, Technology, and Innovation at the National Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM), located in Campinas, Brazil. He has experience in scientific instrumentation, additive manufacturing, 3D modeling, industrial automation elements, and hardware development.Currently, he conducts experimental research on the construction of macroscopic additive manufacturing devices on different substrates, using origami design to explore mechanical and structural properties. Additionally, he is engaged in a Scientific Initiation (IC) project under the Aristides Leão Program (PAPL) at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), Brazil, focusing on Photometric Modulations in Stars with Planets Detected by the TESS Space Mission. His research analyzes stellar luminosity variations and associated astrophysical phenomena. He also actively participates in projects related to advanced instrumentation for scientific measurements. He is interested in advanced manufacturing techniques, scientific instrumentation, thermoelectric energy, observational astrophysics, and astronomical instrumentation. He has skills in rapid prototyping, mechanical fabrication, and device development. Additionally, he explores interdisciplinary approaches and scientific photography in his projects.
