Juliana Cecchetto

Graduated in Biological Sciences from Centro Universitário Barão de Mauá (2007), master's degree in Biotechnology from Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (Unesp), Institute of Chemistry of Araraquara - SP (2014) and PhD in Biotechnology from Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (Unesp), Institute of Chemistry of Araraquara - SP (2019). She has experience in developing biosensors using electroanalytical techniques and construction of peptide surfaces for detection of markers of medical interest and molecular techniques such as PCR, electrophoresis and ELISA. She has practical skills in managing Africanized bees for propolis production. Currently, she leads the management and quality direction at Rubee Apis, a company specialized in the production of red propolis from Alagoas, where she implements innovations in beekeeping management and quality control. She is also the founder of Propbee Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento Ltda, dedicated to the development of sustainable methods for the reuse of waste from the beekeeping sector. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
