Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with Technological Emphasis in Food Chemistry from the São Carlos Chemistry Institute - USP. She worked for two years as a scientific initiation student at Embrapa Instrumentação - São Carlos, developing work in the area of #8203;#8203;post-harvest technology for fruits and vegetables, evaluating the volatile profile using Gas Chromatography coupled to Mass Spectrometry of strawberries and essential oils. She is currently a master's student in the Postgraduate Program at the São Carlos Institute of Chemistry - USP, and is developing her project in partnership with Embrapa Instrumentação in the study of the application of deep natural eutectic solvents (NADES) in the extraction of essential oil and in the application of plant extracts in starch hydrogel formulations for 3D printing of bone scaffolds.
