Universidade Federal de São Carlos (UFSCAR). Centro de Ciências Exatas e de Tecnologia (CCET) (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal) Birthplace: Brazil
She is a professor at the Federal University of Paraíba (Campus I) and works with Renewable Energies, in particular with hydrogen. She was a researcher at the National Institute of the Semi-Arid (INSA/MCTI), in the chemical studies of degraded soils and their recovery through ferti-irrigation, as emerging carbon market policies. She was a substitute professor at the State University of Paraíba, in the Department of Chemistry. She worked as a Postdoctor at the Federal University of São Carlos/SP, in the Department of Materials Engineering, in the development of multiferroic ceramic materials sintered in microwaves. She worked as a researcher at Durham University (UK), in the structural study of new photocatalytic materials. She was a researcher at the Université Paris-Sud 11-France, studying polyoxometalate compounds used in the photodegradation of azo dyes. She developed her PhD in the electronic ceramics area, photoluminescent materials and nanostructured materials synthesized by the chemical method heated by hydrothermal microwaves, in Chemistry Institute at Paulist State University "JÚLIO DE MESQUITA FILHO", Campus de Araraquara. She has experience in the field of catalytic materials, photosensitizers, inorganic chemical synthesis, physical chemistry of materials, inorganic pigments, microscopy and electroceramics.
