Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from UNESP. Currently, I am a Master's fellow funded by FAPESP in the Graduate Program in Social Sciences at UNESP, where I am researching the influence of lobbying during Venezuela's 1999 constituent process, focusing particularly on the constitutionalization of social rights. Previously, I was an undergraduate research fellow funded by CNPq, where my studies concentrated on Public Policy formulation for the Regulation of Artificial Intelligence in Brazil. My expertise includes the analysis of legislative documents, interest groups, and lobbying, as well as the development and application of qualitative and quantitative methodologies in comparative constitutional analysis.
