Matheus Alves Siqueira de Assunção

Graduated in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) in 2021 and Master of Science from the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation/Aggeu Magalhães Institute (FIOCRUZ-PE) through the Biosciences and Biotechnology in Health Program (PPGBBS). Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Molecular and Morphofunctional Biology at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and conducting research at the National Nanotechnology Laboratory LNNano at the National Center for Energy and Materials Research CNPEM. He was part of the Brazilian Local Chapter of the Controlled Release Society during his master's studies in Biosciences and Biotechnology in Health at the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (FIOCRUZ-PE), Aggeu Magalhães Institute (IAM) (2022-2024), where he conducted research related to infectious and parasitic diseases of public health importance.
