Isadora de Oliveira Barbosa

Physiotherapist graduated from the Federal University of Triângulo Mineiro (UFTM), currently pursuing a Master's degree at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), with a FAPESP scholarship, focusing on fibromyalgia and chronic pain. I am a member of the Research and Study Group on Chronic Pain (NEDoC), where I conduct research involving psychosocial assessment, anthropometric measurements, cardiac autonomic control (heart rate variability), and physical evaluation in women with fibromyalgia.I serve as the Director of Human Resources at the NGO United Women in Health (UWH), a partner of the U.S. Embassy in Brazil, which organizes events and programs aimed at developing soft skills to enhance women's potential and leadership in the health field.During my undergraduate studies, I served as Human Resources Director and later as President of the Junior Enterprise of Physiotherapy Ligamento Consultoria e Projetos em Fisioterapia, where I developed leadership and team management skills.
