Knowledge of gene analysis and sequencing using bioinformatics tools such as Blast and xMega. Thesis: Identification and characterization of genes coding for transcription factors of the bZIP family in *Araucaria angustifolia*. I worked as a Commercial Supervisor at Sinapse Biotecnologia, dealing directly with the theoretical side of research essays on proteomics and genomics, understanding the operation of cutting-edge equipment for molecular analysis. Experience as a DTI-C CNPq scholarship holder at the LAFIECO and BIOCEL laboratories in the botany department of USP's Biosciences Institute, maintaining somatic embryo cultures of Araucaria (Paraná pine) and sugar cane, as well as conducting and supporting trials for the induction of new strains and the maturation of somatic embryos.
