Master in Sciences - Electronic Engineering and Computation by Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA, 2000); Test Engineer (Rotor Wings) by the Instituto de Aeronáutica e Espaço (IAE, 1994); Graduated in Electronic Engineering (IME, 1993); Bachelor of Science in Military Quartermaster by Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (AMAN, 1986). He worked in the Aviation area as a helicopter test engineer, in certification / homologation and systems integration projects, quality manager, supplier qualification, etc. (CAvEx / DMAvEX). Professor of Unieuro University and the Instituto de Ensino Superior de Brasília in disciplines of the Telecommunications Engineering and Computer Science courses: Computer Networks, Network Management, Information Security, Programming Language among others. In the private initiative he worked as General Manager of Technological Intelligence and was responsible for the areas of Intellectual Property and Patents, Knowledge Management and Technical Documentation, Product Certification, Information Security and Partnerships with educational institutions (ITA and MIT); and as Contract Manager in Satellite Programs (CBERS and PMM); and Project Manager in Command, Control, Communications and Information (RDS and Link BR2) Programs.
