Masters student in Disaster Studies at UNESP. Postgraduate degree in Human Rights and Health from the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (FIOCRUZ). Bachelors degree in Psychology from the Fluminense Federal University, Volta Redonda University Center (UFF-VR), with academic mobility in Disaster and Emergency Management at York University (Canada). She served as a research student at the Genival Luís da Silva Memory Center, focusing on the construction of the historical memory of the southern Fluminense region as well as educational initiatives in human rights, from 2018 to 2022. In 2020, she was part of the mental health team of the Program for Assistance to Refugees and Asylum Seekers (PARES Cáritas RJ). She is currently a member of the Understanding Socioenvironmental Extremes Lab (UNSEEL), where she conducts research in the field of Disasters and Public Policy.
