Victória Beatriz Soares Leandro

Geographer and Internationalist from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUC Campinas), currently a master's student at the Institute of Geosciences of the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). During her undergraduate studies, she participated in several research projects and academic activities. In 2022, she joined the scientific initiation project "Innovation and unsustainability of spatial concentration seen from Jundiaí", at the Laboratory of Design of Urban-Regional Strategies at PUC Campinas, with a FAPIC scholarship. During the same period, she served as Director of External Relations at the Academic Directory of Geography (2022-2023). In 2023, she began her career as a PIBIC (CNPq) scholarship holder at Embrapa Digital Agriculture, developing projects in the area of #8203;#8203;geoprocessing and agro-environmental modeling. With the renewal of the PIBIC scholarship, she became a member of the Center for Science for Development in Digital Agriculture (FAPESP), contributing to scientific projects and publications in specific municipalities (2023_2024). She worked as an agro-environmental modeling intern at Embrapa Digital Agriculture, focusing on spatial analysis and remote sensing during 2024. She was awarded the title "Future Scientist" for two consecutive years by the committee of the 17th and 18th Interinstitutional Congress of Scientific Initiation (2023 and 2024).
