BA in International Relations from the Institute of Strategic Studies of the Fluminense Federal University (Inest/UFF). Associate researcher at the Center for International Studies and Analysis (NEAI), the Regionalism Observatory (ODR) and the San Tiago Dantas Simulated Practices Laboratory (LPS-STD), as well as the Pandemic Agreement Working Group and the IHR (Fiocruz/USP). He develops research in the field of global health governance and its relationship with International Relations.
