PhD student in International Relations at the Graduate Program of the Institute of International Relations of the University of São Paulo (IRI/USP), funded by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP). Master's in International Relations from the San Tiago Dantas Graduate Program (UNESP, UNICAMP, PUC-SP), with a master's research project partially funded by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES). BA in International Relations from the Institute of Strategic Studies of the Fluminense Federal University (Inest/UFF). Associate researcher at the Center for International Studies and Analysis (NEAI), the Regionalism Observatory (ODR) and the San Tiago Dantas Simulated Practices Laboratory (LPS-STD), as well as the Pandemic Agreement Working Group and the IHR (Fiocruz/USP). He develops research in the field of global health governance and its relationship with International Relations.
