She has a degree in Pharmacy from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Campinas (FCF-Unicamp). She has experience in laboratory routines, in activities such as preparing, mounting, staining and analyzing histological slides, as well as performing immunohistochemistry. She served as vice-president of the UNICAMP Academic Toxicology League (LAcTox), after remaining in the position of extension director for a year, teaching classes, lectures and extension projects in the area of toxicology for undergraduates and the external community. She currently works as a member of the infrastructure area at the institution that organizes the Pharmacy Academic Week and is working on her second Scientific Initiation project, entitled "Evaluation of the effects of physical exercise and ingestion of jaboticaba bark extract (Myrciaria jaboticaba) on steroid hormone signaling during tumor progression in a transgenic mouse model for prostate cancer (TRAMP)".
