Pedro Henrique de Souza Borges

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry (2017), a Master's degree (2020), and a Ph.D. in Chemistry (2024) from the Institute of Chemistry at the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), where they conducted research related to the electrochemical preparation of multifunctional nanocomposites based on ternary analogs of Prussian blue supported on carbon nanostructures. During their Ph.D., they undertook a research internship at Maynooth University (Ireland) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Carmel Breslin, focusing on the development of nanomaterials for environmental applications, funded by the CAPES internationalization program. They worked as a postdoctoral researcher at NANOSSOL, at the Institute of Chemistry of the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), evaluating the development of electroactive materials for energy storage devices through 3D printing. Currently, they are a postdoctoral researcher in the Bonacin Research Group at the Institute of Chemistry of the University of Campinas (Unicamp), with an emphasis on the study of structural defects in Prussian blue analogs and their influence on material efficiency in aqueous electrolysis.
