Ana Elisa Pinheiro e Silva

Masters student in Civil Engineering at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), in the area of Water, Energy, and Environmental Resources, focusing on flood forecasting in urban drainage systems using machine learning and artificial intelligence.Graduated in Geography from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), where I developed a thesis on the relationship between slope morphology and the occurrence and distribution of springs. During my undergraduate studies, I participated in research and practical projects involving springs and wetlands.My professional experience includes an internship involving field monitoring and registration of springs, as well as work as an environmental and social analyst at a consulting firm, providing services to populations within the direct influence areas of hydroelectric power plants.
