She is pursuing a PhD in Energy Systems Planning at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). She holds a Master's degree in Law from the Graduate Program in Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUC-Campinas), with a research stay at the Department of Administrative, Financial, and Procedural Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Salamanca, Spain. She is a law graduate with a focus on Public Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUC-Campinas) and specializes in Constitutional Law and Process by the Legale Faculty. Her studies focus on sustainable development, public lighting, and public administration. She is a Doctoral Researcher (Legal Aspects) at the Paulista Center for Innovation in Public Lighting Services (CePIL), funded by FAPESP and located at the Interdisciplinary Energy Planning Center of the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Through the Teaching Assistant Program at the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas, she has taught courses in Labor Law and Sociology. Through the Scientific Initiation Program at the Law Faculty of the same university, she completed two research cycles on governance in hubs and smart cities, as well as the relationship between Social Organizations and the UNs 2030 Agenda, both projects supported by financial funding from CNPq. She was a student member of the Self-Assessment Commission of the PPGD at PUC-Campinas and completed her teaching internship in Environmental Law at the Faculty of Law of PUC-Campinas.
