A Technologist-Researcher in Educational Information and Evaluation at INEP, he is part of the team of the General Coordination for Editing and Publishing (CGEP) within the Directorate of Educational Studies (DIRED), serving as a member of the Executive Editorial Board of Em Aberto. In this role, he carries out scientific management of the journal and oversees the dissemination of the Institutes scientific publications. He has worked for seven years as a consultant in scientific communication, with an emphasis on Knowledge Translation and Data and Information Design. At Fiocruz, he supported the management of projects under the Inova Fiocruz Program and the Grand Challenges Brazil initiative, carried out in partnership between the Ministry of Health and the Gates Foundation. He has also served as a consultant for the São Paulo State Health Institute, for Enap, and for the Ministry of Health through the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO). In the private sector, he worked as an art director and as a lead in data-driven projects. He holds a PhD and an MSc in Entomology (UFPR) and undergraduate degrees in Biological Sciences (UFSJ) and Graphic Design Technology (UTFPR).
