Undergraduate student in Languages Portuguese and English at the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP), after transferring from the State University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UEMS). Currently a FAPESP fellow (grant n 2025/04109-4) in a Scientific Initiation project in Historical Linguistics, as part of an interdisciplinary research in Archaeology. The project investigates networks of sociability, practices, and knowledge of Indigenous and Afro-descendant women in the Atlantic Forest region (from the 16th century to the present).Her work focuses on lexical and etymological analysis of words of Indigenous origin, with special attention to processes of permanence, erasure, and resignification throughout the centuries.She has experience as a Portuguese and English language teacher in lower and upper secondary education, and has participated in teacher training programs and projects related to Portuguese as a host language.Her academic interests include Indigenous linguistics, the history of the Portuguese language, ethnolinguistics, and teacher education.
