Sports Physical Therapy Specialist Certified (COFFITO/SONAFE Member) and Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) Translator, Interpreter, and Instructor. Holds additional professional development training in Sports Physical Therapy and Physical Activity (SONAFE/SECAD) and in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (ABRAFITO/SECAD), as well as two postgraduate specialization certificates (Lato Sensu) in Libras and in Libras Translation and Interpretation (Faculdade Eficaz). Currently a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Physical Therapy at UFSCar (FAPESP Grant No. 2025/00498-6), affiliated with the Laboratory for Research in Rheumatology and Hand Rehabilitation (LAPREM). Has experience in the fields of Physical Therapy and Libras Translation/Interpretation/Instruction, with a focus on the following areas: physical therapy and Deaf sports, physical therapy and Libras, Libras and health inclusion policies, adaptation of health instruments for Athletes who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing, sports physical therapy, orthopedic physical therapy, and rheumatology physical therapy.
