Angie Lissette Atoche Puelles

Master's degree in Bioinformatics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2025), a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the State University of Norte Fluminense Darcy Ribeiro (2017). I have experience in bioinformatics, molecular modeling, machine learning in drug discovery, with an emphasis on multitarget virtual screening and prediction of biomolecular interactions.I worked as a CNPq researcher (DTI-C) on the Monitora Covid project (2021-2022), analyzing environmental data to detect SARS-CoV-2. In addition to academic research, I have participated in hackathons and technological innovation projects, including incubated startups, developing solutions at the interface between bioinformatics, data science and biotechnology.
